Terms and Conditions of

OPERA GX GAMIVO QUEST

These terms and conditions (the "Regulation") govern your participation in GAMIVO’S QUEST PROMOTION (the "Promotion") conducted by GAMIVO.COM Ltd located at 99 Dingli Street, Sliema, Malta SLM 1905 (the "GAMIVO.COM") in technical cooperation with OPERA NORWAY AS.  

By taking part in our Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms do not take part in our Promotion. It is User’s responsibility to read these Regulations carefully.

A.    GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.      The organizer of this Promotion is GAMIVO.COM Ltd.

2.      Only Users of legal age may take part in Promotion. By taking part in Promotion, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3.      Users of GAMIVO.COM will be referred to as "Users" throughout this document.

4.      The Promotion starts on 14^th of April 2025.

5.      The Promotion will last for 6 weeks or until all the Prizes are claimed by the Users. 

6.      In addition to these Regulations, Privacy Policy describe how GAMIVO process the personal information we may collect when you use GAMIVO.COM and how your privacy is protected.

B.     USERS’ ACTIONS

1.      To participate in the GAMIVO’S QUEST Promotion, Users need to have a registered GX.me account and a GAMIVO.COM account.

2.      Users must link their GX.me Account with the GAMIVO.COM account.

3.      After the accounts are linked, Users have to make a purchase worth at least 20 EUR on GAMIVO.COM using the OPERA GX Browser.

4.      After the purchase condition is met, Users may claim a Prize on their GAMIVO.COM account.

C.    PRIZES

1.      After meeting all the conditions of Section B, Users may claim a free game code from the GAMIVO.COM Account (the “Prize”).

2.      Prizes may be claimed from a list of games provided by GAMIVO.COM, available at the moment in which the Prize is claimed. 

3.      Users may claim the Prize only once.

4.      After the Prize is properly claimed it will be added to the User’s GAMIVO.COM account.

5.      The Prize does not include any subscriptions, gift cards or  in-game currency codes.

6.      GAMIVO.COM reserves the right to introduce additional Prizes, not provided by this Regulation.

7.      GAMIVO.COM reserves the full right to select the game titles available as Prizes in the Promotion.

D. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

1.      One GAMIVO.COM account may take part in this Promotion only once. Any attempt to breach this rule may result in closing of the User's account.

2.      If, after collecting the Prize, the User makes a return of a purchase made on the GAMIVO.COM that was the basis for participation in the Promotion, he/she will be charged the price of the Prize claimed. 

3.      Employees of the GAMIVO.COM cannot participate in this Promotion.

E. FINAL PROVISIONS

1.      Any doubts regarding the Promotion, the provisions of its Regulations, and the interpretation are decided by GAMIVO.COM.

2.      GAMIVO.COM may introduce amendments to this Regulations during the Promotion. 

3.      Amended Regulations are in force from the time they are published on the website.

4.      Any tax obligations arising from participating in this Promotion shall be borne by the Users.

5.      Users are not entitled to exchange their Prizes for cash or any other type of prize.

6.      These terms and conditions are regulated by the laws of Malta.
