Welcome to Qelvoryn_keys (operated by Qelvoryn Digital Ltd). By purchasing from our store on GAMIVO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Delivery

All products sold are digital goods (activation keys, links, or accounts). No physical items will be shipped.

Delivery is handled automatically by GAMIVO's system. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your digital product instantly.

Please ensure your PC/device meets the minimum system or region requirements for the product before purchasing.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product key or link has been revealed or viewed.

Refunds will not be issued for "accidental purchases," "buying the wrong region," or "inability to run the software/game due to hardware limitations."

A refund or replacement will ONLY be provided if the digital product is proven to be defective or already redeemed at the exact time of purchase.

3. Issue Resolution & Non-Working Keys

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us via the GAMIVO support ticket system before leaving negative feedback.

To process a claim for a defective key, we require clear, unedited full-screen screenshots showing:

The error message received when attempting to redeem.

The date and time visible on your device.

Your account/library showing the product is not activated.

We reserve the right to contact the product manufacturer/publisher to verify the exact date and time the key was redeemed to prevent fraud.

4. Customer Support

We aim to provide excellent customer service. Our support team responds to all GAMIVO tickets within 12 to 24 hours.

Please provide as much detail as possible in your initial message so we can resolve your issue quickly.
