A. GENERAL RULES:
1. The Supplier is Tenda Games Limited No. 5, 17/F Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, China Reg. no. 79245564 .
2. The terms and conditions stipulated by the Supplier are more favourable for the Buyer than those stipulated by the Terms and Conditions on the GAMIVO Platform.
3. These terms and conditions apply only to Products purchased from the Supplier.
4. The Supplier shall issue a bill or VAT invoice for each Product purchased.
5. The supplier will not issue refund or replace for speciality giftcards such as PlayStation Gift cards, apple gift cards, google play gift cards, amazon gift cards... etc. When the Buyer purchase code or codes from the supplier, the Buyer aggress if their account stolen,hacked,blocked or breaks term of 3rd party site even the code(s) is redeemed by the Buyer the Supplier can't replace or issue a refund this is because special part of 3rd party site and the Supplier has nothing to do with it If buyer does not aggree with this shall refrain from purchase from this Supplier.
B. OPTIONAL RULES:
1. The Supplier allows payment through alternative sales channels that are exclusively authorised by him, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer. The delivery time by the Supplier is 14 days from the moment the funds are accepted on the Supplier’s account.
2. The Supplier other than the choice of payment methods available on the Platform, also allows the following payment methods, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer.
3. The Supplier shall deliver the purchased item on the GAMIVO platform via the GAMIVO automated delivery system or via alternative delivery methods, i.e. manual message via the GAMIVO order.
4. The Supplier shall allow the Buyer to return the unviewed code within 1 day from the date of delivery.
5. Any complaints made by the Buyer will be dealt with by the Supplier personally through the technical tools available on the GAMIVO Platform. The response time to a complaint is 72 hours.
6. If the Buyer’s complaint is accepted, the Supplier will refund or replace the product within 24 hours.
7. The Supplier shall establish the following channels of contact with the Buyer: GAMIVO ticket system.
