Monster Hunter: World is essentially a third-person action thriller that lets you build weapons, gain power, and kill monsters for their supplies. The story and narrative of how the in-game world grows and evolves the aftermath situations of the previous version. You will be asked to acquire materials from your prey and the jungle. Once you gather enough material, you can build a weapon out of them and go after go after more monsters. You will get more materials if you kill stronger monsters.

You won’t get any shiny extraordinary capability, but you’ll get a more powerful weapon after every successful hunting.
The most amount of time you’ll be spending on this game is in combat. This game is an action-packed that allows you to show your combat skills in front of huge and powerful monsters. You might find it a bit slower than any typical action game, but it has intelligence in it. Before every move, you’ll have to use a strategy to hit it where it hurts the most. It will be more strategic and methodological combat you’ll ever experience.

As the game starts, you’ll be allowed to choose from 14 different types of weapons. You can begin by going after small but fast weapons such as bows and arrows, or huge but slow weapons like a huge sword. You have to choose wisely, as mastering a specific weapon will require a lot of time and practice with it. Even the easier weapons will take days to learn if you are a go-getter. To check which weapon matches your playstyle, better spend some time in the training ground to practice your combating skills.

The next best part of the game is the variety of monsters you will be engaged in fights with. 31 giant monsters and an additional 5 with the new update, Monster Hunter World is simply rolling over our expectations. From a lust mountain range to a desert, from a peaceful riverside scene to a volcanic eruption, you will get to experience a wide variety of terrain and environment when playing this game.
