TERMS & CONDITIONS – LIMITED EDITION SALE: GAMIVO SOCKS
§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) set out the rules for the limited
   edition sale of Many Mornings x GAMIVO socks, available through Many Mornings’ online
   stores in Polish, German, Dutch, and French language versions.
2. The organizer of the sale is Many Mornings Spółka Komandytowa Adrian Morawiak,
   Maciej Butkowski, with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 270, 90-361 Łódź,
   Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7322175921.
3. Purchasing products covered by these Terms constitutes acceptance of all provisions
   herein.
4. The limited edition sale begins on November 12, 2025.

   §2. Limited Edition & Availability
6. A total of 1,000 pairs of GAMIVO socks are available for sale:

• 500 pairs for the Polish market – each includes a unique code worth 10 PLN to use on
  gamivo.com,
• 500 pairs for other European markets – each includes a unique code worth 5 EUR to use
  on gamivo.com.

1. The socks are available only while supplies last. If a given size sells out, it will not be
   restocked.
   §3. Purchase Rules & Codes
2. Each pair of Many Mornings x GAMIVO socks comes with a card containing a unique
   discount code valid on gamivo.com.
3. When purchasing more than one pair (e.g. 4 pairs), the customer receives the same
   number of unique codes as the number of pairs purchased.
4. Codes are single-use only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
5. Full terms of use for the codes are defined in the rules available at gamivo.com. Many
   Mornings is not responsible for how the codes function or any limitations on GAMIVO’s side.
6. Codes are valid until: 13.11.2026
   §4. Personal Data
7. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance
   with the Privacy Policy available on the Many Mornings website.
   §5. Final Provisions
8. The offer is valid only while supplies last or until withdrawn.
9. In matters not covered by these Terms, the general Many Mornings store Terms &
   Conditions and Polish law shall apply.
10. In the event of any disputes, the governing law shall be Polish law.
