FIFA is arguably one of the most popular football simulations available and it is easy to see why. With new offerings each year, fans have come to rely on the new innovations and features that come with each new release and FIFA 2020 is no different. The latest FIFA 20 is characterized by a host of new offerings such as the Volta mode, which allows players to experience unusual arenas and fast screen soccer matches consisting of between 3 to 4 players.
FIFA 20 is also outfitted with neat features such as a comprehensive character editor that allows players to customize their footballers to the smallest details. The new installation of FIFA also features a story mode, increased one on one duels, as well as visual enhancements for the AI’s defensive behavior. If you are looking to become the best player, here are some FIFA 20 tips to help:
Learn how to defend

With FIFA 20, you will not be able to get very far in the tournament without a solid defense. Sadly though, defending and doing it like a pro is one of the hardest things that you can master, especially because you can expect some tackling and defending functions to once again be overhauled for this year’s entry. Throughout, you will have to learn how to defend and tackle by using dynamic tactics that will allow you to edge out your competition.
Avoid sprinting
Though you might be tempted to, try and avoid sprinting unless necessary such as when chasing a winger. If you will notice, it is generally more difficult to perform standing tackles when you are sprinting at high speeds. Furthermore, when you are moving fast, it is a lot easier for players to switch directions, which will ultimately leave you defenseless.
Time all your tackles

Don’t just tackle blindly- learn how to time your tackles so that you can make the most use out of them. If you play by spamming the tackle button at all times, you will have a much lower success rate than you expect. Rather, consider tackling when you are sure that you can access the ball so that you are not left hanging mid-game.
Figure out your playing style
Try and figure out your playing style so that you can find areas that you excel at and those that you need a little improving. It is quite alright to copy a few tricks and tips here and there but it is always better to be authentic so that your opponents can adapt to how you are playing rather than the other way round
