Ghost Recon Breakpoint will be a story-driven co-op adventure game that has been designed to stretch the limits of storytelling. Rather than being completely in charge of your actions, you will be hunted by a powerful enemy and have to survive brutal attacks in the dangerous Ghost Recon experience without any backup to help you out.
More fantasy, less real life
The Ghost Recon franchise has always been designed using real life world locations that are set during made-up geopolitical scuffles. Through the franchise, gamers have been exposed to different locations in Europe, Africa and even the States. With Breakpoint, special operatives will take part in adventures off the grid of an island that is fictitious known as Auroa in the Pacific Ocean.
Prone Camo
Auroa serves as the headquarters for Skell Technology, which is a large corporation on the island that designs AI, as well as drones. Aurora will have slopes, wet areas and new terrain that will be challenging for gamers. As such, you will have to completely transform the manner in which you approach different scenarios. There is a feature known as Prone camo that can be used to disguise the body using mud so that you can conceal yourself from incoming patrols and enemies.
