This July, some legendary titles will return in refreshed forms. We will also have a chance to travel to the Shire, feel like a SWAT member, become a ninja, and eradicate hordes of zombies.
Table of Contents:
EA Sports College Football 26
- Release date: 10 July, 2025
- Platforms: Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5

EA Sports College Football 25 was a pleasant surprise last year. College football from EA returned after over a decade, and it was really good. And, foremost, it wasn’t just a reskinned version of Madden NFL. We hope that EA Sports College Football 26 will continue this tradition and also bring a decent share of original solutions and mechanics.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4
- Release date: 10 July, 2025
- Platforms: PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2

THPS 3 and 4 are among the most beloved installments in the famous skateboarding series. Now they returned in a brand new version. We shall see if it will be able to replicate or even surpass the success of Tony THPS 1 + 2. Some fans are upset about the lack of the THPS4 career mode. Possibly the addition of brand-new parks, besides the returning ones, will compensate for it.
Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition
- Release date: 15 July, 2025
- Platforms: PC, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch

The first Neverwinter Nights got an enhanced edition in 2018. After seven long years, its famous sequel will return wrapped in new clothes. The game hasn’t undergone any major changes, but it will look better thanks to enhanced textures. The developers also promise improved camera controls and mechanics, among other fixes. It’s noteworthy that Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition includes all three expansions: Mask of the Betrayer, Storm of Zehir, and Mysteries of Westgate. It also supports full crossplay, so you can form your party with friends using various systems.
Another interesting thing is that Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition wasn’t developed by Beamdog, the studio responsible for all the previous enhanced versions of D&D games. NWN2 was restored by Aspyr Media, the developer behind many remasters, including the first Tomb Raiders and Soul Reavers.
Ready or Not
- Release date: 15 July, 2025
- Platforms: Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5

This realistic tactical shooter has been available on PC since 2023 or 2021, if we include the early access period. Now, the game will enter the console world. In Ready or Not, players assume the roles of members of the Los Sueños Police Department’s special unit, who must deal with the worst kinds of criminals and terrorists.
The game emphasizes realism, so you must carefully plan and execute every move with precision instead of charging Rambo-style. It offers cooperative multiplayer for up to 5 players, but there are also solo modes for those who don’t want to go online or want to train without too much pressure.
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business
- Release date: 17 July, 2025
- Platforms: PC, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5
RoboCop: Rogue City, a shooter based on an iconic dystopian movie, will receive a standalone expansion. In Unfinished Business, you will have to defeat a group of incredibly dangerous mercenaries who have taken over OmniTower, turning it into an impenetrable fortress.

Besides recapturing OmniTower as RoboCop, RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business also lets players assume the role of ED-209 and Alex Murphy before he was turned into a cybernetically enhanced officer.
Killing Floor 3
- Release date: 24 July, 2025
- Platforms: Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5

We already described Killing Floor 3 as one of the top releases in March. However, the game has been postponed due to negative feedback during beta tests. We hope that the additional few months were enough to polish all the rough patches.
Of course, the game’s core hasn’t changed. Hence, Killing Floor 3 is a survival horror set in a dystopian future, where the world is overrun by bioengineered creatures known as Zeds. Your task, as part of an elite team of mercenaries, is to push back against the endless hordes while uncovering the chilling truths behind the chaos. Although you can play solo, the co-op is the ultimate way to experience Killer Floor games.
Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game
- Release date: 24 July, 2025
- Platforms: PC, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5

Tales of the Shire answers the question that probably no one has ever asked: what happens when we mix The Sims and The Lord of the Rings? Most LOTR games throw players in the middle of a war of the ring and make them command armies or become fearless heroes. In Tales of the Shire, you won’t have to face Nasguls or sneak behind enemy lines. Instead, you’ll become a peaceful hobbit.
If you love Tolkien’s novels but prefer decorating your home, taking care of the garden, and having fun with your fellow hobbits to embarking on an extremely dangerous mission to destroy a piece of jewelry, Tales of the Shire might be a game just for you.
Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound
- Release date: 31 July, 2025
- Platforms: PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch

Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound returns to the franchise’s side-scrolling roots. The game was developed by The Game Kitchen, the studio behind Blasphemous, which seems perfect for this task.
Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound takes us to Hayabusa Village, which is being attacked by demons. In the temporal absence of the franchise’s famous protagonist, Ryu Hayabusa, a new hero must rise. Players fill the shoes of a young ninja, Kenji Mozu. According to the game’s creators, Ragebound combines classic 2D hack-and-slash gameplay with the capabilities of modern technology.
