How to Play

Earning Cashback is as easy as completing a purchase. Here are the key rules to remember:

• Look for the Rates: The amount of Cashback you earn depends on the specific offer. You’ll always see the exact amount, percentage, and availability clearly displayed on the product page and in your shopping cart summary before you finalize your order.
• Claim to Earn: As soon as you claim your purchased item (or when a Top-up product reaches “Completed” status), the Cashback is automatically added to your balance.
• The 5-Transaction Rule: You can earn Cashback on your first 5 transactions per calendar month. Make those first five count!
• Discount Code Limitation: Generally, you cannot earn Cashback if you use a discount coupon on your order, unless a specific promotional coupon explicitly allows it. Therefore, it’s wise to check which option is more profitable – using a code or collecting cashback.

• Cover Up to 50%: You can use your accumulated Cashback to cover up to 50% of the total price of your purchase on GAMIVO.
• Use It Before You Lose It: Cashback funds are valid for 60 days from the moment they hit your account. Don’t let them expire!
• Automatic Deduction: The system makes it simple. When you make a new purchase, your oldest Cashback funds are used first and deducted as soon as the order is completed. However, you don’t have to mark it in your calendar. We will send you an email reminding you that some part of your balance is going to fade away.

Game Rules

To keep the system fair for everyone, there are a few limitations to be aware of:

• The €500 Cap: You can hold a maximum of €500 in Cashback on your account at any one time. Once you hit this limit, you must spend some before you can earn more.
