Ghost Recon: Breakpoint

Previous titles in the series focused on real-time environments, traversing you around the world. In Breakpoint, Ubisoft gets creative, unleashing a fantasy world named Auroa to take you to the extremes of imagination. The island features testing jungles, volcanoes, cute beaches, lush rainforests, and mountains.

It’s a game bound to keep you alert to the end. Enemies attack from helicopters and all corners around you. Thus you must devise strategies to counter the relentless attacks. And the title embraces a military survival aspect, where you always find yourself amid gun battles and impossible situations. 

The game tests your team-playing and strategy skills, as you have to work cordially with teammates to win combats. Again, terrains pose immense challenges and possess potent foes. Lousy weather and attacks all work against you, as you weaken from injuries.

GamePlay

In Breakpoint, you play as Lieutenant Colonel Anthony, from a fictional special operations unit of the USA army. Your role is to gather intelligence about corrupt ongoings in Auroa Island.

Once you crash lad on the island, you must strategize to overcome obstacles from enemies gunning for you. Enemies possess advanced and AI tech to take you down. And drones and wolves are always baying for your blood.

The environments have further benefits. You can use them to camouflage yourself to evade enemies or slide in mud and detract foes.

The multi-player PVP mode allows you to train and test your skills in mini fights against other troops. 

You have the freedom to design your character using multiple combinations. Looted materials allow you to craft weapons to your ideals in preparation for battles.

Storyline

Unending cases of corruption from Skell Technologies in Aurora push the United States Government to launch investigations on the island. The government sends a “Ghost” recon to handle the operation. But, before they land on the island, they face attacks from drones. From henceforth, the battling never stops.
