Individual terms and conditions of sale by the supplier KeyStock

The Supplier allows payment through alternative sales channels that are exclusively authorised by him, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer. The delivery time by the Supplier is 14 days from the moment the funds are accepted on the Supplier’s account.
The Supplier other than the choice of payment methods available on the Platform, also allows the following payment methods, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer.
The Supplier shall deliver the purchased item on the GAMIVO.COM platform via the GAMIVO automated delivery system or via alternative delivery methods, i.e. manual message via the GAMIVO order.
The Supplier shall allow the Buyer to return the unused code within 1 day from the date of delivery.
Any complaints made by the Buyer will be dealt with by the Supplier personally through the technical tools available on the GAMIVO.COM Platform. The response time to a complaint is 72 hours.
If the Buyer’s complaint is accepted, the Supplier will refund or replace the product within 24 hours.
The Supplier shall establish the following channels of contact with the Buyer: GAMIVO ticket system.
